Ingredients

  • Breakfast sausage patties
  • Eggs
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • English muffins
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Scramble or fry the eggs in a separate pan, seasoning with salt and pepper until just set.
  3. Toast the English muffins until golden and crispy and optionally spread with butter.
