Delicious mini bell peppers stuffed with a creamy sausage filling, perfect for game nights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Mini bell peppers
  • Ground sausage
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Combine the ground sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Stuff each halved mini pepper with the sausage mixture.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the sausage is cooked and the peppers are tender.
