A hearty and indulgent dish that combines tender steak tips with creamy, cheesy penne pasta, infused with the bold flavors of Cajun seasoning.

  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, coat the steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and done to your liking, roughly 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked penne to the sauce along with the steak tips, tossing gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure to check that the steak tips are cut evenly for consistent cooking. Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice tolerance.
