A delightful dish combining the sweetness of Coca-Cola with tangy barbecue sauce, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

  • 2 to 3 pounds pork loin
  • 1 can Coca-Cola
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Coca-Cola and barbecue sauce together until well combined.
  3. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and generously season with salt and pepper. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic around the pork.
  4. Pour the Coca-Cola mixture over the pork loin, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and place it into the preheated oven. Roast for about 3 hours or until the pork is tender enough to shred easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
