Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the steaks in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Rest the steaks on a plate to allow the juices to redistribute.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and simmer for about a minute.
  7. Add the heavy cream and Dijon mustard; stir until well combined and bring to a gentle boil.
  8. Cook the sauce until it slightly thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Stir in the chopped parsley for added flavor and color.
  10. Serve the steaks with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top.
