Effortless breakfast burritos featuring seasoned eggs, sausage, and crispy hash browns, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, hash browns, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on the greased sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then cut into squares.
  7. Assemble each square in a tortilla and roll up tightly to form burritos.
  8. Serve warm or wrap in foil for later.
