A cozy and comforting dish of sheet pan nachos with a medley of toppings, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Jalapeños, sliced
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced red onion
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Olives, sliced
  • Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, black beans, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, olives, and cilantro.
