A modern twist on a classic breakfast, these Sheet Pan Pancakes allow you to serve delicious pancakes to a crowd without flipping each one.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings (blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
  6. Sprinkle your favorite toppings on top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  8. Cut into squares and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They also freeze well for up to 2 months.
