A quick and flavorful Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil that brings the taste of summer to your kitchen all year round.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, baby potatoes, corn, sliced sausage, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve the delicious mixture with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
