Flavorful and easy sheet pan steak fajitas, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 bell peppers (any colors you prefer), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for the delicious feast ahead.
  2. Combine the flank steak, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow the steak to rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain and serve with warm tortillas and optional toppings.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or microwave.
