1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
2 bell peppers (any colors you prefer), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortillas for serving
Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for the delicious feast ahead.
Combine the flank steak, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture onto a sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
