  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a perfectly cooked meal right from the start.
  2. Combine sliced flank steak, red and green bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together to coat the steak and veggies evenly with the seasoning.
  5. Spread the seasoned mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
