Delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger sliders featuring sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfectly seasoned beef, and gooey cheese. Perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix the lean ground beef, seasoned bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into an even, large patty in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
  4. Poke holes all over the meat with a fork.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Add the cheese on top of the meat.
  7. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
  8. Let the sliders rest for a few moments.
  9. Cut the patty into 2-inch squares to create 12 mini-hamburgers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze cooked sliders and reheat in the oven.
