A creamy, flavorful slow-cooked chicken dish that is perfect for busy weeknights or special gatherings.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Italian seasoning
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 8 ounces of angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Mix the Italian seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  5. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crock pot and mix well with the sauce once done.
  7. Serve the creamy chicken over the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
