Tender, juicy ribs drenched in rich barbecue sauce cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the ribs dry with paper towels. Then, season them generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a separate bowl.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker, utilizing the space wisely to fit both racks. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ribs.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze for 2-3 months.
