A delicious and customizable bowl filled with all the classic smash burger flavors without the fuss of grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Tomato, diced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Burger sauce or mayonnaise
  • Burger seasoning (optional)
  • Bowl for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Form loose balls from 1 lb of ground beef.
  3. Smash the beef balls in the hot skillet using a spatula.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optionally, burger seasoning.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Melt shredded cheddar cheese on the patties during the last minute.
  7. Layer chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and pickles in a bowl.
  8. Drizzle with burger sauce or mayo before serving.
