A warm and gooey s’mores dip perfect for sharing with friends and family, bringing a touch of camping nostalgia into your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Graham crackers for serving
  • Optional: additional chocolate bar pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, add the chocolate chips and butter.
  3. Place the skillet in the oven and heat for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Return the skillet to the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

For an extra indulgent experience, serve with additional chocolate bar pieces. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
