Deliciously soft bars blending tart cranberries with white chocolate and creamy frosting, perfect for the holiday season.

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; beat until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually add it to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream in a mixing bowl for frosting.
  8. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled bars.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the frosted bars.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
