Fluffy and buttery sour cream biscuits that are quick and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine 2 cups of Bisquick, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 large egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in the melted and cooled 1/2 cup of butter.
  4. Scoop the dough onto the greased baking sheet, spacing them out.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on the tray for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month.
