  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine the sourdough discard, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a dough begins to form, adding water as needed.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls for even cooking.
  5. Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil.
  7. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
