  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing them thoroughly and halving them.
  2. Whisk the sauce by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Toss the halved potatoes in a large bowl with the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Roast the coated potatoes on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh parsley before serving.
