A warm and creamy dip made with tangy feta, fresh spinach, and spicy pepperoncini, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread or pita for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, chopped spinach, sliced pepperoncini, minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and golden.
  4. Serve warm with crusty bread or pita.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
