A festive and indulgent dessert made with layers of fudgy brownies, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.

  • 1 batch of brownies (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of green mint chocolate candies (like Andes)
  • 1/2 cup of crushed chocolate cookies (optional)
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Shamrock sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies according to your recipe or package instructions. Allow them to cool completely before cutting into small cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate pudding with a few drops of green food coloring to achieve a festive green tint.
  3. In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer half of the brownie cubes.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the brownies, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mint chocolate candies and crushed cookies on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Decorate the top with shamrock sprinkles and a few mint chocolate candies.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use rich and fudgy brownies. This dessert can be made a day in advance, just make sure to give it time to chill.
