A festive treat combining dark and white chocolate with peppermint candies, sprinkles, and marshmallows, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.

  • 12 oz dark chocolate
  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup green sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup green candy-coated chocolates

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate using the same method.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer and swirl together for a marbled effect.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the green sprinkles, crushed peppermint candies, mini marshmallows, and green candy-coated chocolates on top.
  7. Allow the bark to set at room temperature for about 1 hour or until fully hardened.
  8. Break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store any leftover chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Can be refrigerated for longer storage.
