Delightful and festive Oreo truffles perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, combining creamy Oreo filling with a chocolate coating.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • White chocolate or chocolate for coating
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and mix in green food coloring.
  6. Dip the chilled truffles in the melted chocolate to coat.
  7. Sprinkle decorations on top before chilling again.
  8. Let the truffles set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Use festive colored food dyes for different occasions. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
