Delightful bite-sized Oreo truffles coated in green chocolate, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • White chocolate melts
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to solidify.
  5. Melt white chocolate and mix in green food coloring.
  6. Dip each truffle into the green chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle decorations on top while the chocolate is wet.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Freezing helps with dipping. Feel free to experiment with different flavored Oreos or chocolate types.
