Grilled steak and colorful vegetables on skewers, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Wood or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat so it’s nice and hot when you’re ready to cook.
  2. Cut the steak and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the steak and vegetables in the marinade until they are well-coated.
  5. Thread the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  6. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Once grilled to perfection, remove the kabobs from the grill and serve warm.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. For extra flavor, marinate for up to an hour.
