These steak bites are easy to prepare and packed with flavor, perfect for entertaining or a satisfying meal any night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Butter: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until it shimmers.
  2. Add the Steak Bites: Add the steak bites to the skillet, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bites are beautifully browned.
  3. Infuse with Garlic: Next, add the minced garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan.
  4. Sauté Until Aromatic: Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring gently until the garlic is fragrant and the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately to enjoy the full burst of flavors.

Notes

Use high-quality steak for the best flavor. Ribeye is rich, while sirloin is leaner. Don’t overcrowd the skillet for a better sear.
