Juicy steak kabobs marinated to perfection, skewered with colorful vegetables, perfect for grilling and creating memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (top sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika in a separate bowl.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes with the marinade, cover, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Assemble the kabobs by threading the steak, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Feel free to try different proteins or vegetables.
