An easy yet impressive steak kabob recipe that’s perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners, showcasing tender sirloin steak and fresh vegetables.

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
