A delightful dish of tender chicken and soft noodles in a sweet and savory garlic sauce.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 ounces noodles (such as rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Infuse the minced garlic in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes, then pour over the chicken.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Leftover noodles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
