A delightful and easy layered dessert featuring fresh strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, and vanilla yogurt, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In serving cups, layer the sliced strawberries and bananas.
  3. Add a layer of the whipped cream mixture, followed by a generous dollop of vanilla yogurt.
  4. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  5. If desired, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on the top layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Enjoy fresh, but if there are leftovers, store the cups in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
