Delightful cinnamon rolls filled with a creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for brunch or a sweet treat.

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and diced strawberries until well combined.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough on a clean surface.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar and ground cinnamon generously over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into individual rolls, about 1.5 inches thick.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
