A simple and delicious dessert that combines strawberry cake mix, crushed strawberries, and a creamy cheesecake layer, resulting in a delightful treat perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed strawberries
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Layer the crushed strawberries evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  8. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using blueberries or a different cake mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
