Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Combine the milk, vegetable oil, and egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then gently fold in the diced strawberries.
