Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per the cinnamon roll package instructions, usually around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the chopped strawberries with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the melted butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the strawberry mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  6. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into slices about an inch thick.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls while they’re still warm and serve.
