  • 2 cups chopped strawberries

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crunchy Base: In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, coconut flakes, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish, creating a firm, even base.
  2. Macerate the Strawberries: In another bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with sugar, allowing them to macerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Whip Up the Creamy Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well blended.
  4. Layer It All Together: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, followed by the macerated strawberries.
