  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (like vanilla wafers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix these dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and crushed cookies.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
