A delightful, fluffy salad made with fresh strawberries, pineapple, and mini marshmallows, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the Cool Whip and the strawberry Jell-O powder in another bowl until well blended.
  3. Fold the Cool Whip mixture into the fruit mixture gently.
  4. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes before serving.
