Thin, delicate pancakes filled with rich Nutella and fresh strawberries, perfect for brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Nutella
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling it to coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until edges are set, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Spread Nutella on one half of each crepe, then top with sliced strawberries.
  7. Fold the crepe over and serve immediately, topped with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
