A delightful fusion of velvety cheesecake and strawberry shortcake, rolled like sushi for a fun twist on dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
  • Extra crushed Golden Oreos for coating
  • To taste whipped cream and additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Crust: Mix the crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9×9 inch square pan and chill.
  2. Whip Up the Cheesecake Mixture: Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat until smooth.
  3. Create Airy Whipped Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine Everything: Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in diced strawberries and preserves.
  5. Assemble the Rolls: Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and roll tightly.
  6. Coat with Crunch: Dust the exterior with extra crushed Golden Oreos.
  7. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour, then slice and serve with whipped cream and strawberries.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending and don’t rush the chilling process for the best texture.
