A quick and delicious honey garlic salmon dish that comes together in just 25 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the salmon, skin-side down.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, basting with the sauce.
