A comforting and flavorful salmon dish glazed with sweet chili sauce, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Steamed vegetables (for serving)
  • Rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or the grill.
  2. Mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet or grill.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Cook the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes or grill for 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. Serve the salmon with steamed vegetables and rice.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the glaze. Can substitute salmon with trout or tilapia.
