A comforting one-pot taco pasta dish that combines the vibrant flavors of tacos with hearty pasta. Perfect for family gatherings or busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and beef broth to the skillet; stir and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.

Notes
