A creamy, nutty tahini dressing perfect for salads and as a dip for fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients – tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more water, one tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired thickness.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Serve over salads, as a dip, or drizzled over grilled meats.

Notes

If the dressing thickens upon chilling, stir in a little more water before using. Add cayenne pepper for extra heat or fresh herbs for a different flavor profile.
