Instructions

  1. Whisk your sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  2. Make the cornstarch slurry: In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  3. Sauté the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Simmer with sauce: Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and allow it to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
