Delicious and vibrant Teriyaki Salmon Bowls featuring marinated salmon, fresh vegetables, and rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare your serving bowls with cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and sliced carrot.
  5. Assemble the bowls with the grilled salmon on top, drizzle with more teriyaki sauce, and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Notes

If you don’t have teriyaki sauce, a mixture of soy sauce and honey works well as a substitute.
