  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peanut sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 3 each Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by gathering and chopping everything.
  2. Sauté the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, mixing well.
  5. Mix in the shredded carrots and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Assemble the wraps by spooning turkey filling into romaine leaves and drizzling with peanut sauce.
