  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the sauce by combining cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional cranberries or fresh parsley.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. These meatballs can also be frozen uncooked for later use.
