A comforting and creamy Three-Cheese Baked Macaroni that brings nostalgia with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in the milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the parmesan, stirring until melted.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni and mix well.
  8. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining parmesan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
