A delightful Tiramisu Layer Cake that layers espresso-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone, perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew and cool the coffee.
  2. Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee quickly.
  5. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a cake pan.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use high-quality mascarpone for the best flavor.
